First Recipe for GET TV Cooking

Ok Gamers. Want to impress other gamers or even a member of the opposite sex?
Yes. Thought so. So here is the first of our shows Gamer Chefs Recipes.
The final show will provide the method of making your own cheese sauce for this dish so watch for the show when it first airs on Gamer Entertainment Television.

Overstuffed Spicy Pasta con Spinach

Items:

Oven (Obviously)
Russett or Large Baking Potatoes
Manicotti or Large Shells Pasta
Chili Powder
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Extra Sharp Vermont White Cheddar Cheese
Red or White Sauce. Preferably Alfredo or some similar cheese sauce.
Package of Ground Sausage (Spicy or Mild)
Fresh Spinach Leaves
Large Caserole or Glass Baking dish
1/4 cup of Buttermilk
Cajun Pepper or seasoning
half stick of butter unsalted
two teaspoons of Honey Dijon Mustard
Fine Parmesean Cheese
Extra Virgin Olive Oil

First thing is to cut either Russet or large Baking potatoes (use as many as needed for serving sizes as required) leaving most of the peel and making around 1/2 to 1 inch cubes.
Bring them to boil until 3/4 finished then turn to low to keep warm. While the potatoes are cooking boil large pasta shells or Manicotti pasta depending on what you prefer for presentation.
After the pasta is nearly fully cooked remove and strain.
After potatoes are fully done strain them fully and pour into a large mixing bowl. Take two teaspoons of Honey Dijon mustard, Chili Powder to flavor, and a half stick of butter and slowly mash the potatoes. 1/4 cup of buttermilk should then be added to the potatoes and continue mashing until very mushy. Then take fresh chilled Spinach and dice very fine and add them to the mashed potatoes. After the spinach is blended evenly into the potatoes take out a large caserole or cake (glass) dish to bake with and place several shells or manicotti into the bottom evenly spaced. Sprinkle a moderate amount of Cajun seasoning or cut Cajun (Javenero Peppers) over the top of the shells if you feel you can take the heat.
Then begin stuffing the shells with the potatoes leaving the shells etc fully stuffed on their side.
The manicotti should be stuffed all the way to the ends.
You can now choose to use either a red sauce or white cheese sauce. We prefer a Cheese Sauce like an alfredo.
For meat eaters this is the point where you fry up some ground sausage or hamburger using extra virgin olive oil when the meat is 3/4 cooked to flovor the meat. If you will be using meats you need to add the meat to the potatoes after the spinach and mix evenly. This will make the stuffing of the shells etc much more complicated but will taste better for the extra effort.
Warm the sauce as directed and then shred some fresh extra sharp vermont white cheddar cheese on the top of the shells.
When the sauce is done pour modestly over the top of the shells so that only some over flows into the bottom of the dish.
When this step is done you can place the dish into the oven and bake at 350 degrees usually for about ten minutes but depending on the oven time can vary. What you want to watch for is the pasta beginning to brown along with the sharp cheddar cheese as you would see with Macoroni and Cheese.
After this step you can remove the shells etc from the oven and allow to cool for several minutes to make the cheese firm.
Your final step is to shake fine Parmasean Cheese and mozzarella cheese on the top of the shells. Serve and enjoy.

Watch Assasin's Creed Short Film- Lineage

Assasin's Creed Lineage (Short Films)
This is actually a good little film. It features very authentic locales and good historic authenticity which guides it along a pro-Medici family voyage, at first. Part -I can be scene here or on You Tube. I strongly recommend you all to watch it especially if your a big fan of the game series from Ubisoft. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xqGk33RAZA8&feature=pyv&ad=3640530373&kw=halo%20game click this link to watch in expanded view at You Tube.

The future is here, the games are everywhere, the time is now and all that jazz,

This site is the home of the independent internet (Based) Television Network that is called GET or Gamer Entertainment Television where soon several new shows will be aired. Beginning with a new cooking show featuring great food GET will be home to several other new shows that will range from animation, general entertainment, reviews, electronics, popular media, and even more. No strings attached high quality good programming. That's right you game junkies and whores. This will be great and not just another commercial ladden pile of garbish like some other networks that start with a G. For reasons that are obvious we won't name the culprits directly. To state that it would seem to cruel to explain. Technically GET is more purely devoted to Gamers anyway. Virtually no need to elaborate should ne required. But Several Shows will be coming in the next few weeks.
